Administrators Over Main, Ranking and New User lobbies

We all have become ops for our own reasons. I think for the most part it was to help others, be a mediator and last but certainly most rewarding one, is to be a friend to all. I have learned many things about people since becoming an op. It has shown me how to approach people and handle situations in a better way and shown me the joy it brings when you help that one lost person and make their frown turn to a smile. Yes, we all have our tough players that can bring us down. The wonderful part of IPlay is there is always that one player that will go out of their way to say thank you or just has that spark to make you laugh right out loud. Those are the times that you look on and say... That's why I became an op. I can make a difference in someone else's day. : )

Teamwork

Teamwork small word but means so much. The best way to describe that is there is no "I" in team work. Everyone has something the little gift of talent within. I am a big believer in everyone should be able to share with others what they themselves excel in. We can ALWAYS learn from each other and continue to grow in learning on how to handle people or a situation in a better way. We keep learning and growing through each other on the team. No one should fear trying. To try and fail is not a failure in itself but to not try or not to reach out for the help we may need to succeed is a failure. This is why we stress TEAMWORK here on IPlay so much, for without teamwork we have nothing.
